I'm Diane, a Deaf photographer from Nixa, Missouri. I specialize in family, lifestyle, maternity, newborns & small weddings. Photography is my long passion for years ❤️
I love finding beauty and creating art out of the ordinary things like never seen something new in my mind before it inspires me! I’ve been a photographer for 12+ years now, shooting my first newborn/family when I was 20 years old at the time. I was such a ROOKIEEE, lol! And if you see me as RBF, please don’t worry—it’s just how I naturally express myself. <3 Over 100 newborns/families and hundreds of clients later, I’m so thankful I leaped to go part-time into photography to be full-time soon.
I almost always order a boba & loaded tea instead of coffee - I adore anything, YSL, I enjoy abstract art, I have always LOVED the color pink, rose gold, green & black, and I'm obsessed with fashion & beauty. I often find decorating our home - I have a gold kind of stuff obsession. My husband would say gold problem - walking through Home Goods & Target are a therapeutic, binge-watching supernatural, horror & anime, sweet tooth, or making plans to travel to new places. Most of all, I love going anywhere with my family & close friends who I close, essentially when it includes an incredible hike with a view that justifies the sore legs at the end of the day!
A little fact about me...
Many things is I love playing with my kids, dogs, and cats, sleeping, food, shoes, coloring hair, flea markets, adventuring to new cities, finding old abandoned places, taking hikes through the wilderness, beaches, & lakes. With every session, I am mind blown by all the variations of love that give me breath. I am just blessed enough to be able to experience a little bit of everyone's story--doing what I love and eye-listening (ofc, I am deaf, ya know lol). That is what I photograph; that is how I vision. And that is how I'd like to photograph you and the ones you love: be wild, silly, hugging each other & weird. You are you! Ok, I am introverted a little bit and love to stay home lol but I love meeting new people and would love to meet you!
